Eleonora is certified as Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga) by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres, a Registered Yoga School (RYS) for the 500 hours standard by the world-renowned Yoga Alliance.
A passionate student and practitioner of Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga, she has explored Sri Krishnamacharya's teachings with A. G. and Indra Mohan, Godfrey Devereux’s Dynamic Yoga system, Dharma Mittra's yoga in New York City, yoga anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff, plus Tibetan Buddhism with different masters including Tenzin Gyatso, His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama.
Her incessant training and deepening the practice allows her to offer highly customized courses.
500 E- RYT, certified in Shambhava Hatha Yoga, Yin, Restorative & Bhakti Yoga, Reiki Master & Sound Therapist.
